Safe-Cure 1000MDOT is a water-based, white pigmented
wax emulsion curing compound for freshly placed concrete.
When applied to new concrete, Safe-Cure 1000MDOT
forms a film to retain water and promote the full hydration of
cement to achieve maximum design strength and durability.
Use of Safe-Cure 1000MDOT will minimize shrinkage
cracks while reflecting sunlight to reduce surface
temperatures during the curing process.
USES:
Safe-Cure 1000MDOT is used to cure exterior
concrete including pavement, curbing, sidewalks,
parking lots, median barriers and foundations.
ADVANTANGES:
- Exceeds the moisture retention requirements of ASTM
C309
- Superior spraying characteristics, will not clog spray
equipment
- White pigment reflects sunlight to reduce surface
temperatures and helps gauge coverage and application
rate
- Stable emulsion, will not hard pack in container
- DOT approved in many states
